Aditya Jain

Ravi Jain is one of the most influential architects of India’s modern beer and spirits industry. With over four decades of leadership across the country’s leading alcobev companies, he has played a pivotal role in building some of India’s most iconic brands, including Bagpiper, McDowell’s, Royal Challenge, Director’s Special, and Haywards.

Through senior leadership positions at the UB Group and Shaw Wallace & Co., he helped launch category-defining products, drive market leadership, and lead successful business turnarounds that shaped the industry’s growth.

Alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad

Aditya Jain is a strategic entrepreneur with deep experience across beverage alcohol and consumer brands. He has led the creation and scaling of premium ventures in craft beer, spirits distribution, and global brand expansion across India, the Middle East, and Asia.

Previously, he co-founded Tamasoma International in Dubai, building a multi-country beverage alcohol distribution platform through an exclusive partnership with Russia’s Ladoga Group.

He began his career with KPMG’s Deal Advisory Team, working on market strategy, growth initiatives, and sector development.
